After enabling wireless network connection it's still not working

I installed Ethernet driver after installing Windows 7 on my laptop, but the wireless network connection isn't working. I enabled it, but it's still not working. Screen (http://ift.tt/1FRL34R) After troubleshooting it says, that the wireless capability is turned off. How can I turn it on?
