Tracking what's downloading to my computer

Something, somebody just downloaded over 4 GB to my computer. I ran Malwarebytes and it did not find anything amiss. I have no idea what downloaded, where it came from or where it went. I checked the Task Scheduler. It did not indicate anything scheduled for downloading, nor did it mention anything about anything being downloading. How can I track this in the future? I'm using Networx...
