Links Suddenly Won't Open in IE 10

I use Win7 and IE 10. I have an extensive list of Links (Favorites Bar) in IE 10. Previously I would simply click on the Links Toolbar, find the desired Link, and then click on it to open the website. However, this morning when I clicked on any desired Link, I got nothing but a blank screen except for a toolbar at the top. But when I open a website using IE 10 and I click on the View...
