Can't Load Page

This page (http://ift.tt/1zzxW4J) will not load on my pc with ie 11 but will load using firefox; the basic weather.com will load on ie, just not any local reports. Using microsoft answers, I got thier typical run around for an answer. This was working on ie 11 until last thursday night. Anyone with any ideas as to why it does not work now would be greatly...
