Intermittent boot error

All Well, my other PC now has a boot issue. :( Sometimes it will boot okay, sometimes with it will fail POST with 3 short beeps. Sometimes it will load Windows and sometimes it will hang on the starting Windows screen. Sometimes it will system restore... I've removed all PCI cards, reset the memory. I've run SFC /scannow when it did eventually load Windows - no issues. I've run...
