Do i have to install Update for Windows 7 (KB3006137) in 32bit system

I use Windows 7 Ultimate x32 bit. i got this update for windows 7 (KB3006137). When i read the description, its for 64 bit system. Why i still get it if i don't have to install it? (it's on the 'important' list). I'm not a computer oriented guy.. thats why i asked this 'basic' question..:o
