BOOTMGR is missing

I received: BOOTMSGR is missing Press Ctrl+Alt+De and the same message returned. I repeted againg and press esc to get Start up and reach F11 System Recovery and I decided Factory Image restore. At 98% stoped and reboot to same BOOTMGR is missing. I don't have any Windows 7 home premium recorevry disck for 64 bit. What most I do? Thanks.
