Windows Easy Transfer freezes when I deselect i386

I have an easy transfer file on a backup disk taken before I upgraded from xp to W7. I didn't restore everything from from xp using windows E.T. as I reasoned I could do so at a later date if needed. Now when I attempt to restore individual files I must also select I386. If I fail to do so Windows E.T. freezes. Does anybody know if there is a way around this as I don't need I386 and it is...
