USB drivers not working on my ASUS ROG Laptop

This is a long story people so bare with me. Just the other night a program on my ASUS Laptop called 'ASUS Live Update' recommended a few updates for my PC. I allowed the update, and once it was finished downloading all of the updates, it prompted me to restart my PC, so i did.
