Two OneDrive Accounts on two machines, can't access

Somehow I've gotten a OneDrive account on each of two of my Win 7 machines; two separate OneDrive accounts. I can't access either account from the other machine, only the one on the machine I'm working on. How do I fix this or is this normal, one for each machine? I'm trying to transfer files and I've run into the usual permissions mess which drives me crazy.
