TrustedInstaller deleted

My problem is: After having problems with TrustedInstaller I deleted it completely from my services-list. I didn't know that it is necessary to install Windows-Updates, so I can't update it now, but worse than that is that I can't activate my Windows Firewall or Windows Defender! It's very important for me to get help!!! :( Hope you have some ideas to fix that :huh: Thanks in advance. ...
