Spam Medicaments

About five or six times a day I get very short e-mails about getting pills or other medicaments. The messages are badly written with spelling mistakes, make no sense and are from senders with unidentifiable addresses. Is there any way of stopping this flood. I can't block an address as every address is different. Do other people suffer from this? I delete them all unread except for the headers....
