Shortcuts Menu From The Taskbar

Win7 Home Premium (no Group Policy Editor) I enabled the Links toolbar and populated it with various shortcuts. Half of the shortcuts would open normally with the other half displaying the “Open File – Security Warning”. I went to Brink’s tutorial at http://ift.tt/1Jox7GV and executed OPTION TWO Number 2. It worked perfectly....
