ntoskrnl.exe bsod

I have been receiving BSOD's for a while now. I went ahead and uninstalled Panda Security (one BSOD pointed to it) and all of the files along with it . Ran memtest86 and on the 9th pass it had one error. Does that mean it's a faulty module? Can you guys see if there's anything else I should be doing? I really appreciate the help. Thanks Andrew
