Is this HDD still usable?

I had a Seagate 3TB ecternal drive, it was starting to give errors when copying to/from the drive, not a lot of files maybe 1-4 files in a group of say 200-300 (mkv or mp4 files), I have done a full format (not the quick option) and then ran HDTune and got this: The errors consisted of files stopping mid copy.
