Import Favourites/Bookmarks from a dead Vista system

My Vista machine died completely. There are full disk backups on an external drive and most 'User' folders online - both with Acronis. Is there any way I can restore/import my 'old' Bookmarks & Favourites (whatever the difference is) into this new I.E.11 when I no longer have a Vista system to export them from?
