Computer has bright colors when turned on

I'm not sure how to explain this issue. It's relatively new. When I turn on my computer, the colors would be over saturated at the login screen but a few seconds later, it'll be back to normal. Does anyone know the cause of this or how to fix it if it's fixable? I should add that I had uninstalled the display adapter and reinstalled it because I was trying to fix a different issue and on...
