Computer booting with distorted colors and menus

Hi, I was using my computer and button mashed my keyboard, which lead to my computer screen becoming distorted. I think I accidently activated some kind of weird mode, since it happened at the keyboard smash. The colors are normal at the start of the boots and if I enter the graphic card options at the start of the boot, but then become distorted at the login. This is how it looks like:...
