BSOD while starting up system

Hello, ive recently changed harddisk on my Toshiba L505-13Z, since it had too much bad sectors and caused numerous BSOD-s. Anyway after change my laptop worked just fine, till this morning when i pressed power button and saw another BSOD. Fyi, earlier it would happen sometimes during inactivity, but i didn't have time to ensure myself thats not gonna happen. Ty in advance.
