BSOD while playing games after ca 15min time ingame

Hi, i frequently had freezes and blackscreens in the first 5 min of a league of legends game. My monitor would turn black my sound would continue then loop, and after 5 sec i would have my normal screen again. As of late i have the same problem later on in the game, but now instead of getting back to the normal screen, my pc crshes and i get a bluescreen. Ive already run the device on this...
