BSOD playing League of legends or watching videos, error 0x000000A(..)

I got the first BSOD maybe 2 weeks ago while playing league of legends, it happened 1 time/4 days. I updated my graphic card driver and things like that and no result. Right now i get about 2 BSOD with the error 0x000000A, 0X000000E or 0x00000019 everytime i open my computer(about 30 minutes after) After the 2-3 BSOD my computer want to check up my hard disk( C: ) ,if i let it go nothing...
