BSOD Application Error

Hello, Yesterday I was playing on my computer just fine and today it won't start up anymore. I cannot get any additional information because my computer won't start up. The error I am getting is "STOP: c0000145 {Application Error} The application was unable to start correctly (0xc000000d). Click OK to close the application"
