BSOD 0x00000124 on a new custom built PC

Hello SevenForums! I keep getting BSOD error 0x00000124 on my brand new custom built pc, drivers and BIOS are updated and everything set to ( Auto/Default ). i did reinstall all the hardwares and made sure everything is installed right, reseated cpu,heatsink and all. run memtest86 overnight and no errors found.
