0x80004005: unspecified error while trying to change mp3 properties

Hi, please help me about this error 0x80004005 i can not see mp3 info when i open properties and then details for all my mp3 files also in explorer when i use Details view. and when i try to delete mp3 info in this way: properties->details tab->remove properties and personal information->remove the following properties from this file->select all->ok then i recieve this error 0x80004005:...
