Windows Update Error 800F081F

Hello to all! I've an notebook asus, after a period that my brother used it, has infected by many virus!! I runned Combofix and than installed nod32 antivirus, now all it seems okay... But Windows Update wont work, i've tryed all, also i've installed the Windows6.1-KB947821-v34-x64 but without success... Windows Update give me the error 800F081F.
