WIndows Uodate Fail repeatedly error

KB2991963 & KB3005607 fail repeatedly. Have run Checksur and sfc multiple times. Have deleted software distribution folder & catroot2 per MS support info I followed., attempted again. Error is 8024200d. Please advise
