Which Windows 7 version should be installed?

Hi, I have a friend that has difficulty in selecting a version.He/She is going to use it for virtual machines in VMware Workstation,writing and editing in Office 2013,creating videos with Movie Maker and experimenting with OS ISOs.He/She has the same computer as me.Which one would you recommend?:huh:
