WBM Status 0xc0000098 I am lost. Need Help ASAP

The Windows Boot Configuration Data file does not contain a valid OS entry. This happens when I boot to the HDD I am so lost. I did make a repair disk for Windows 7, here is what happens when I boot to the repair disk: System Recovery Options searches for OS but doesn't list any, so I go ahead and select Use Recovery Tools that can help fix problems, oh and by the way I have tried the restore...
