Used EasyBCD to move boot partition: File system error (512)

I used the program EasyBCD to move the boot partition. The boot partition was previously on my old HDD while my OS (Windows 7 Home Premium 64) is on an SSD. Now I had to replace my HDD and everything seems to be broken.
