Random Sound Alert

I'm getting random sound notifications/alerts that are driving me crazy. I've attached 2 of the sounds that I'm getting. I have my theme set to "No Sounds" and the sounds don't sound like system sounds. I can reproduce the problem in Mozilla Firefox; I can reproduce the 2nd of the 2 sounds Iv'e attached. A friend has the same problem and he thinks it started after a recent Windows Update....
