PC stuck in reboot loop, after changing BIOS boot priority

Ok so I was being nosy in my BIOS, which I now regret , just having a look around investigating into a slow boot problem I have. I have windows 7 installed on my Samsung 830 256GB SSD drive, and when looking at the boot priority noticed that this SSD drive was near the bottom. After pushing it to the top of the list thinking this would cause no problem, as after all it should be the boot...
