Outlook won't backup

Hey guys, We are moving from pop3 to hosted exchange. Now on one PC, when i try to do a backup of her PST to import into the new outlook profile it just freezes. They don't have a copy of the emails on the pop3 server so it looks like they are all local. What can i do to get them all off?
