Oddly I'm getting the error for Halo 2: Live failed to initiate

I am getting the oddest message. LIVE Gaming on windows failed to initiate. This may be because another LIVE Gaming on Windows application (Such as the Halo 2 dedicated server) is running on the same machine. Otherwise, reinstalling the game may fix this problen. I have reinstalled 3 times, and nothing happened. I didn't install the dedicated server or any extras. I also dont have any other...
