New driver killed USBs

Hi all, Thanks in advance for any help. I just did a driver update and now none of my USBs are working, so no keyboard or mouse available. I set a restore point beforehand, but I can't get to it without a mouse. I have a Repair disc, but it's not booting, I'm getting the Autoplay screen. Suggestions on how to get to the Restore screen without a mouse or keyboard??? Thank you!
