My PC is running very very very very badly

So ive had this problem for about 4-5 months now and im just sick of it. I've tried everything CCleaner, checking for malware everything. When i boot into normal mode i cant do anything. Windows Explorer takes 5 minutes to open. And when it opens everything lags like crazy. The computer works just fine in Safe Mode and won't do anything. Its just normal on Safe Mode. Normal mode is the problem....
