MS Windows Security Updates for 32-Bit not 64-Bit

I just updated my computer's security updates. Then I reviewed the list of security updates and noticed that 32-bit Security Update for MS Compatibility Pack Service Pack 3 editions installed but my computer is 64-bit. What should I do? And what is "safe" to remove in the list?
