Is my Nvidia GeForce 8500GT going bad?

The last 3 days when I booted up my display showed 800x600 so I went to Device Manager and saw yield sign under Display Adapter. Uninstalled it and did a recovery to earlier date which worked. Now today when I signed in it did the same thing. Showed a code 43 error. Is the card going bye bye? Any and all solutions appreciated.
