BSOD playing dark souls 2, error 0x00000124

Every time I play Dark Souls 2 on steam within 20mins I get BSOD. I used to use motionjoy and stopped cause I thought that was the problem and stated using x360ce.7z but I still crash. I updated to the newest Nvidia driver for my card and that's when the blue screens started so I went to an older one but still doesn't matter. I've ran memtest on all my mobo slots and ram for 8 passes and they all...
