After a couple of different BSOD my laptop doesn't work properly.

First things first, sorry about the thread title, I'm new to all of this and I had no idea how else to put it. After receiving my laptop (2nd hand - I lacked money for a decent device) I started to get blue screens about some non-essential driver malfunctioning, after looking into it I figured I could just disable the driver. This stopped blue screens for about a month, but now it keeps blue...
