3G internet and WiFi intranet

Hello, Got 3g modem internet connection and it is enough for me. I using WiFi for HP 1100W (series) wifi printer. The problem is when I want to connect to internet via 3G I have to disconnect my WiFi network. When Wifi is connected Windows cant use 3G for internet access. Why? How to 'tell' windows that 3G is for internet and WiFi is intranet only?
