windows 7 XML DOM Fail-2147221164

I get this error code sometimes when I start my computer. My computer sometimes starts very quick and sometimes takes several minutes to start. I cannot find a pattern here. I also have tons of error in the log. A few examples are: application error 1000, service control manager 703, WMI 10, service control 7011, Wininit 11, DistributedCOM 10016, Kernel-eventTracing 3, Please help me...
