Unable to create a new partition bigger than 15 GB

Hi, I'm trying to dual boot Windows 7 and Ubuntu (I have done it before), but it will not let me create a 3rd partition. Also, the biggest partition I can make is 15GB, why is that? http://ift.tt/1IPZ0rb
