Teredo Tunneling is driving my Norton anti-virus crazy!

Hello, The other day I noticed in the history log of my Norton Security Suite the " Teredo Tunneling Pseudo- Interface" is constantly being denied access, then it says " IP address has disappeared" then it stars over again (see attachment). I do NOT have any exclamation marks in Device Manager, the system is running fine. Searching the web and this forum produced so many replies and...
