Strange user account continually reappears after deletion

When I turn on the computer, I notice a non-Administrator user account with a strange name is created. I go into Control panel and delete the account, plus the folder that was created. Soon afterwards, I notice that the account is re-created. I keep deleting the account but it continually reappears. I have ESET security and ran a full scan, but it did not find any malware.
