Slow boot times when a weird mechanical sound occure

Hello Forum! I have a problem and i would appreciate your help. Sometimes when i start up my pc there's an unexplainable delay when the Windows 7 logo is created. When this happens, after 30 seconds or so, there's a weird mechanical sound and just after that everything is ok.
