Screen glitches and freezes during normal use, needs restart

So my computer has been freezing randomly while using Chrome and just browsing the Internet. Screen bugs out with colorful boxes and lines, sound loops and I can't alt-tab or ctrl+alt+del or anything. I have tried the Prime95 Blend test for about 30 minutes, it seems to have passed and my PC didn't crash during it. My GPU temperature is about 43 Celsius while browsing the Internet but it...
