Problem with Windows Update after Clean Install (W7ULT.X64)

So, when I installed Windows 7 Ultimate x64 on my Laptop, I installed the drivers via the ASUS website and then I opened Windows Update. I hit ''Check for updates'' and it took some time to do so. After that, I clicked on the updates to see what they were. I ticked some, unticked some and then clicked OK. When I clicked OK, it lagged there for some seconds then it went back to the main Windows...
