Pls. help me fix USB flash drive which does not boot anymore!

I tried it on 3 separate machines, it is 1 USB drive; I want to fix that. I can copy to and from files on it without error, default Windows system tools does not report an error (no bad sector, either), however it does not boot anymore. It booted before. - PendriveLinux.com FAT32 sytems - Windows 7 ISO as NTFS any help?
