Help with RAIDXpert "Task 30 timeout on disk (Port Number 1..."

Hello, I recently installed an SSD ( and it was working fine but when I woke my computer up from sleep this morning I got a strange pop up message from the "AMD RAIDXpert" program (attached). It may be due to the secondary drive I have plugged in through a USB connection (using a Sabrent USB 3.0 to SATA External Hard Drive Docking Station for 2.5 or 3.5in HDD or SSD ) Can somebody explain...
