Help. How to get Installed App on another partition to new C drive?

Sorry I cannot set the title clear. I have C drive and D drive partition. C drive is for windows installation while D drive is for 3rd party app installation. I got these heavy apps on D drive. 1. Oracle 2. Java 3. Photoshop 4. Android 5. Eclipse
